
The period has been marked by significant reassessments of the regional balance of power, driven by shifting alliances, renewed geopolitical competition, and the recalibration of foreign policies by both regional and external actors. The project examines how these changes are reshaping patterns of cooperation, rivalry, and security governance across the region.
