Incentivize Adaptation to ClimaTe change (IMP-ACT)
The objective of the project is to contribute to the formulation of policies aimed at minimizing the cost of climate change by leveraging positive drivers for effective adaptation in the Italian agricultural systems. It entails an empirical assessment of the effects of extreme climatic events on agricultural production, export, farms’ survival capacity, and the labor market. Further, it aims to assess farmers’ preferences for a mix of adaptation options to extreme climatic events.
